1.1. To reserve a tour with Brothers.tours, you must complete the booking process and make the required payment.
1.2. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from Brothers.tours. This confirmation will include all tour details and payment receipts.
2.1. Payment can be made using various methods, such as credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers, as specified during the booking process.
2.2. All prices are in EUR, GBP, USD, JPY, CNY, PLN, and CZK currency unless stated otherwise, and all payments must be made in those currencies or as otherwise specified by Brothers.tours.
2.3. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in the tour description or during the booking process.
3.1. Cancellations made by customers are subject to the following cancellation fees:
– 15 days or more before the tour: Full refund.
– 7-14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
– Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.
3.2. Brothers.tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4.1. Brothers.tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason. Changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
4.2. If a major change is made to a tour, customers have the option to accept the change or receive a full refund.
5.1. Brothers.tours strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
6.1. Brothers.tours acts as a tour operator and agent for various service providers, including hotels, and transportation companies. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay resulting from the actions or omissions of these third-party providers.
6.2. Brothers.tours is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses that may occur during a tour.
7.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, for international travel.
8.1. All customers are expected to adhere to a respectful and responsible code of conduct during the tour. Brothers.tours reserves the right to remove any customer from a tour who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
9.1. Brothers.tours respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
